Serological diagnosis plays a crucial role in diagnosis of dengue. The STANDARD™ F IgM/IgG Dengue FIA, based on fluorescent immunoassay and automatically report, offers improved accuracy. This study aimed to evaluate the diagnostic performance of the assay using 200 plasma samples (50 IgM-positive, 50 IgM-negative, 50 IgG-positive, 50 IgG-negative) confirmed by ELISA. Results showed high sensitivity (90% for IgM, 94% for IgG) and 100% specificity for both antibodies, with a positive predictive value of 100%. The COI values from FIA moderately correlated with ELISA OD in IgM samples (r = 0.44, p = 0.0012) and weakly in IgG samples (r = 0.28, p = 0.049). The assay also demonstrated high
