Abstract

The quality of data of the National Immunization Information System plays an important role in improving the effectiveness of the immunization program. Therefore, this study was conducted to assess the completeness and accuracy of the data available on the National Immunization Information System in Phu Yen province in 2021. Cross-sectional study. Data of 170 vaccinated subject who was in Phu Yen province in 2021 was examined. The study showed that the quality of data on the National Immunization Information System is more accurate and complete compared to the subject's vaccination papers. The rate of children admitted to the National Immunization Information System was 100%. The proportion of subjects matched the demographic information was 98,2%. There was a need to strengthen supervision, support and training for health workers, as well as improving the quality of immunization management at the local level.
