Cervical cancer is the leading cause of death for women, accounting for 12% of all cancers in women. There are many methods for diagnosing cervical cancer, but the method of screening and diagnosing cervical cancer using the Papanicolaou stain method is the most commonly applied. Quang Ninh has considered the reproductive health care program as a health target program for the period 2015-2020. For this reason, we decided to research and evaluate the incidence and prevalence of cervical cancer in women from 18 to 69 years old using the Papanicolaou staining method in Quang Ninh province from 2018 - 2020. Research results on a total of 680 subjects showed that the number of cases of ASCUS, LSIL, HSIL was 9/680 subjects, accounting for 1.33% between the ages of 48 and 55 years old. Of these, women with ASCUS atypical squamous cell test results account for 1.15%, and women with low-grade malignant transformation cells (LSIL) account for 0.15%.
