The level of knowledge and practice of Covid-19 prevention among healthcare workers is one of the decisive factors for the spread of Covid-19. Therefore, healthcare workers' knowledge and practice of Covid-19 prevention should be regularly assessed. Design a cross-sectional descriptive study on 118 health workers at the Thanh Tri district health station and general clinic. As a result, 96,6% of health workers have good knowledge of Covid-19 prevention, and 100% of health workers have satisfactory practices according to the scale of Covid-19 prevention. The analysis results show that factors including education level, professional qualifications of health workers, and access to information about Covid-19 through training and through the Internet are related to knowledge about Covid-19 prevention with statistical significance p<0,05. Knowledge and practice scores of health workers on Covid-19 prevention have a positive correlation with r = 0,504 and p < 0,001. It is necessary to strengthen training and timely issue guidance documents on Covid-19 epidemic prevention and control.
