SITUATION AND SOME RELATED FACTORS OF ENSURING VACCINATION SAFETY PROCEDURE ON VACCINATION DAY IN SOME COMMUNE HEALTH CENTERS IN YEN BAI CITY, YEN BAI PROVINCE IN 2021

A vaccine is an antigen-containing preparation that is introduced into the body to create an immune system. Therefore, safety vaccination procedures on vaccination day in commune health centers and some related factors are very necessary and urgent issues to perfect and improve the expanded program on immunization. A descriptive cross-sectional study used analysis at 15 commune health centers in Yen Bai. The results show that 100% of commune health center requirements of facility condition according to the procedure, 93.3% did not meet the arrangement of vaccination day to prevent SARS-COV-2 infection; 80% of injections met the requirements of vaccination safety, the rest 20% did not meet the requirement. The analysis results show that some factors related to safety vaccination procedure: health workers in charge of the expanded immunization program, and professional qualification. In addition, injection teams with satisfactory general are better at vaccination safety than those with unsatisfactory general knowledge. Therefore, schedule the injection time to prevent infection with SARS-CoV-2 and professional training related to vaccination practices of health workers.
