Author Guidelines
Manuscript Regulations
General Structure

Manuscripts may be written in Vietnamese or English. They must be prepared on a computer using Times New Roman font, size 12, on A4 paper with Normal margins (2.5 cm for all sides), and 1.5 line spacing. The manuscript should not exceed 4,000 words and must be arranged in the following order:
- Title (Vietnamese and English): Must be concise and reflect the article's core content.
- Author(s) Information: Full names of the author and co-authors, institutional affiliations, and email addresses (in both Vietnamese and English).
- Abstract (Summary): A single paragraph of 200–250 words (no line breaks) in both Vietnamese and English, outlining the main points of the study.
- Keywords: No more than 5 words or phrases.
- Introduction.
- Materials and Methods.
- Results.
- Discussion.
- Conclusions and Recommendations.
- References: Only include sources cited within the text.
Citations and Reference List
In-text Citations: Must follow the Vancouver style.
Reference List: Placed at the end of the manuscript, organized and formatted according to the Vancouver style. Examples:

Figures and Tables
Quality: Figures (drawings, photos, graphs, diagrams, charts) must be scientific, high-quality, and aesthetically presented. All symbols must be clearly annotated.
Titles and Numbering: Titles must be concise yet informative.
Tables: Title placed above the table, centered, and bolded. Numbered sequentially.
Figures: Title and sequence number placed below the figure, centered, and bolded.
Terminology and Units
Standard scientific terminology and nomenclature should be used. Priority is given to original English terms for technical concepts not yet localized into Vietnamese.
Non-Latin languages must be abbreviated after the Summary section.
Common scientific nomenclature and units of measurement do not require further explanation, provided they comply with national and international standards.
Editorial and Publication Process
- Preliminary Check: The Editorial Board checks for content, formatting, and copyright compliance. Submissions that are incorrectly formatted, irrelevant, or of poor quality will be rejected (notified within 7 days). Eligible papers are forwarded to specialized Editors to propose reviewers (within 7 days).
- Reviewer Approval: The Editor-in-Chief approves the selection of reviewers.
- Independent Peer-Review: The Secretariat sends the manuscript to two independent reviewers.
- Feedback: Reviewers return comments within a maximum of 30 days.
- Review Assessment: * If both reviewers reject the paper, it is denied.
- If only one reviewer approves, the Editor-in-Chief decides whether to reject or seek a third reviewer.
- For papers requiring revision, authors have a maximum of 15 days to submit corrections and explanations.
6. Final Approval: The Editorial Board and Editor-in-Chief make the final decision based on the journal's scope, scientific novelty, and urgency.
7. Typesetting & Proofing: Manuscript editing and typesetting take 10–15 days. Authors have 5–7 days for final proofreading.
8. Publication: Printing, distribution, and uploading to the Journal's website.
